British Death Toll From Coronavirus Rises to 1408. The number of people who died after a positive test for the coronavirus in the UK has risen by 180 to 1408.
That is a smaller increase than the series so far, the Department of Health said Monday.
The day before, there was an increase of 209 deaths.
There are a total of 22,141 positively tested infection cases in the UK, the ministry said.
