Eight more people, including four children, are missing after the gas explosion in an apartment building in Turnhout, Belgium.
Mayor Paul van Miert has said that a person has been removed from under the rubble, and the emergency services are in contact with someone else.
The mayor also said it is not certain that all eight people were in the building at the time of the explosion, around 8:20 am.
